Whole Wheat Biscuits (Oil-Free)
Easy breakfast biscuits delicious with gravy
Servings: 8 biscuits

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups white whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix together all dry ingredients. Slowly incorporate milk to form a dough.
- Either drop into spoonfuls on greased or lined cookie sheet or roll into a half-inch thick dough and cut with biscuit cutter and arrange on cookie sheet.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until tops begin to turn golden.
- Serve warm with breakfast gravy of choice.
