Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cups non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 apples, peeled & finely diced
  • 1 cup craisins optional, nice for Christmas
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Combine all together in a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour into a sprayed 9x13 casserole.
  • Bake 45-50 minutes or until top is beginning to turn golden.
