Ingredients
- 2 boxes Mori-Nu tofu, drained any firmness
- 1/2 cup tapioca starch also called tapioca flour
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/3 cup canola oil or vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
