There’s nothing quite like the smell of fresh banana bread in the oven. Even better if you can make it in under ten minutes, perfectly sweetened, yet sugar-free. This delicious vegan banana bread is sweetened with date sugar. Don’t have yours? Grab this great deal on date sugar here on Amazon. Date sugar isn’t as cheap as white sugar, but to me it is 100% worth the investment for your family not to get sick from sugar, curb weight gain, and improve your overall health.

Date sugar isn’t the cheapest sugar on the market. However, I love that it’s made from whole dates. Pure and simple. So delicious, yet so good for your body. In my opinion, totally worth the investment. Click the link to buy your organic date sugar now from Amazon.

My absolute favorite bread pan from King Arthur Flour. I invested in six of these about ten years ago, and although I use them heavily, they’re still in excellent condition. I love their non-stick finish without using teflon that will chip off into your food. They also make the perfect size of loaf. I find many bread pans to r too large, and banana bread recipes will turn out rather fat and flat. I’m so happy I made the investment in these high quality bread pans.
